Backside, Booty, Keister, Derriere. Or as one of my friends calls it around her kids, the biscuits. Today we are going to talk about the GLUTES! Aside from wanting a Kardashian booty (or not), what is your WHY for working your glutes?
When I take time to appreciate the functions of my body, I'm much more willing to take care of it.
What do you appreciate that your glutes allow you to do day in and day out?
I'm thankful every day that my glutes still enable me to hover over a gas-station toilet!
